Welcome to the ponderingpastor.com. My name is Andrew Dressler and I am an ordained minister in The United Methodist Church. I am a graduate of the Moody Bible Institute (BS in Biblical Studies), Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary – Charlotte (MDiv), and the Turner School of Theology at Amridge University (MA in Biblical Studies with a New Testament Concentration. I have been involved in pastoral ministry for about fifteen years now, and felt that a blog would be a nice place to share my thoughts and observations on a variety of issues that I see as pertinent.
I have also written two books and have a third on the way.
Rules to Live By – which is a collection of sermons on the Ten Commandments.
And Traveler, which is a book for kids age 9-12 that sets forth a case for the uniqueness of Christianity.
